The team was on time and very professional. They showed me everything they were doing and answered all my questions. They did an excellent job installing my a/c system. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. I had 2 big swamp coolers on my roof that they took down and took away. I would highly recommend Rick C. and his team.

Tech was very punctual. Arrived at the beginning of his 2 hour window. Very professional and followed CDC safety guidelines well. Offered very in depth explanations to current issues, potential future issues, and available maintenance options.
